Serious question for Riot, Why is draven allowed to exist in his current state for months?

Ever since patch 8.11 draven has a 53% winrate while having a playrate anywhere from 8 to 10%. Anyone who mains bot lane knows its less painful to slam your arm under your car door than it is to lane vs this guy. He beats mages in the bot lane, he beats assassins in the bot lane, he especially beats bruisers in the bot lane and he ESPECIALLY beats other ADCs in the bot lane even more so now that they lost 5 armor early game. He then snowballs out of control and destroys the entire game. A simple win lane win game type of deal. If ANY other ""high skill cap"" champion like zed or lee sin was EVER at a 53% winrate and 10% pickrate, not only the boards would be going ape shit but also Riot would address it immediately. So why is draven allowed to exist like this for over a month now? With no word on it? Its been brought up before by others.

Oh I know Riot, is it cause a certain streamer who holds alot of viewers and mains the champion would go ape shit and that would be really bad for business so you guys are too scared to fix what seems to be a clear problem in the game?

He's not even as close to bad as you say. If you play safe and just sit under your turret Draven is useless because he is heavily reliant on snowball to win.

He isn't like Kai'Sa or Ezreal where they bully every ADC out of bot lane while having the best mid or/and late game in the game.

Yea lmfao and they had no issues hotfixing ezreal or kaisa and they have lucian nerfs on the next pbe. But draven reaching absurd numbers? Gets a free pass...

O yea also, talon and draven are pretty equally overloaded right now. Watch one get fixed but the other gets a free pass cause twitch.tv XD!

I hate facing a draven, dont get me wrong. But I dont feel like he's overtuned. Even if I lose to a draven, yeah it's frustrating but he's a pretty hard ADC to play and play well. Harder than most. :/ and isn't the boards go to argument for why ADCs should be garbage is because this is a fast, snowbally meta? And what is Draven good at?

If the argument that crit ADCs should be shit to play because of the meta holds up then the argument that this is a meta that favors laning phase domination and snow balling is why craven is so damn good should also hold up.

See I sit in low elo (sadly doubt i will make my goal of climbing to gold in my first season but eh better than bronze) and I see two types of Draven's...ones that are really good that piss on the opposing team with no way to stop them...and ones that think that the spinning axe is pretty. I fee like he could use some nerfs. I don't want to see him gutted to the ground or anything but I do think he needs to be scaled back a bit.

youre trash, thats it. Draven has so much counerplay, that its insane, you cant even onetrick him anymore since all fukin champions wins against draven, you probb picked a bad champ against draven and got destryoed thats it

Lucian has nerfs on the PBE. Minor ones, Yes but still nerfs.

When Vayne was OP used the following argument

"A High Skill cap champion should never have a 53-54% win rate"

Draven is a higher skill cap champion than Vayne and sits at said win rate threshold.

He needs nerfs.
