I don't understand why anyone think Ashe needs love. She has a solidly above 50% win rate at every tier of ranked play. In fact, her win rate INCREASES as you move up to higher ELOs, moving from around 52% in Bronze/Silver to around 55% in Diamond.

Her kit is different than most ADCs, but she's way more than viable. Urgot/Varus/Quinn all have more questionable kits and lower win rates than Ashe.

Probably because no matter how you build her or player her she will never ever even come close to being near the same power level of all the other champs and her passive is pretty much useless except for early game where the damage can suprise an enemy. She is a relic whose only true beneficial thing she brings is a slow and a global stun albeit skillshot.

Also her so called ability to kite is no longer an excuse considering all of the more recent champs completely circumvent that need with their 50 dashes and movespeed bonuses.

You act like people arent going to retaliate for that poke or that they are going to just let you walk up and poke them for free. Do that to Lucian and he will turn around Q auto and passive and W or dash and then auto and passive. Guess what you just lost the trade. lucian can also do that every what 7-8 seconds where as you have to stop everything your doing to start building that focus up again only to do it all over again.

Graves will laugh as you try and do that as he will dash in with his passive up Q and auto you and you lose no matte rwhat you do.

Her passive is literally a hold over her and talon need to have their passives switched. Their passives would be perfect for eachother.
