Hi i am not here to cry or anything. just want to ask if people feel like me.

I don't feel more useless... but I definitely don't feel impactful or important. They're better than they were post 8.11 but I wish they'd put real effort into the crit changes. I would have been fine with 8.11 IE had they done proper work with like Storm Razor to make it an appropriate alternative build path. I wish they'd just... I don't know... tried... They didn't try with 8.11 and they really didn't try later when they tried to "fix" 8.11...

The reason it still doesnt feel great is adc did not* get their power back as some seem to think especially considering ie is down 25%bonus crit from 50%. The meta is also currently damage heavy making squishies like adcs disappear to fast to feel usefull in some cases and on top of that enchanters are out of meta anf since they are the class that augments adcs to be stronger. These 3 factors to me are why crit adcs dont feel very good even after the second crit change. But on top of that they hard nerfed stprmrazor which was hard warping adc meta with its early power and now adcs have lost that early spike
