I was in 2 consecutive games with Xayah AND Rakan, and I didn't get the icon, what's the deal here?

Don't worry your icons are still on their way. Riot said when they announced it that they would distribute the icons after the event.

I can play in a bit, I just need to fix my firewall, turns out it has a clunky response with league and the wifi is turned off by it every now and then

you need 2 games as Xayah and/or Rakan with the other being on your team (any mode except custom games), I have Xayah but not Rakan.

I have both, but I only practice Rakan only for once I just need to play one more game 'cause I have already played once with another person
