He gets utterly decimated by any of the true duelists;
etc.

Dominick Destine2 votesFull build Vayne destroys full build Urgot 10 times out of 10.... Maybe early game and mid game, you could argue that Urgot has a chance, but once Vayne is built up Urgot is just food for her. Remember that his damage reductions do nothing against Vayne's Silver Bolts.
just stomp Urgot 10 times out of 10 as long as it's mid game or after... Urgot is not a good duelist.
