Zero Skill Tank2 votesRiot could do something do protect new players from smurfs, but too big part of community smurfs every now and than to just ban it. Almost all higher ELO players have smurfs to train stuff in environment more serious than normal games.

Sluiceway1 votesWhile they can't obviously locate all smurfs, they do have a way to make an example of high elo streamers who smurf by banning the smurfs they use openly and suspending their mains. I think smurfing should be discouraged becuase smurfs excuse it by complaining about long queue times, yet if none of them were smurfing the high elo queue times would not be as long. So discouraging smurf accounts would do these players a favor.
