I dont see any nerfs for lee sin

Why? is it ok to have almost 40% pick ratio? whats so special about this champ that you cannot nerf him? if that would be any other champ you would hit him with nerf bat so hard ,even atrox would roll over in his grave...Why is he allowed to be top tier jungler since his release? and others dont? like this guy RekSai for example.Was nerfed like 12 fucking times in a row...I dont understand.Can someone explain to me ,whats up with that?

Riots bias towards lee sin will always have him in meta. The only nerf I want honestly is the damage on his ult. For what it does it is ridiculous to also have that amount of damage. Once they nerf jungle exp from Krugs, that also should tone him down a bit.

The level 3 from Red and Krugs is being removed. You now actually need that 3rd camp now. It's a nerf.
