In the meantime though, can we at least establish the fact that the only thing wrong with Lee is how popular he is? Dude only has a 53.25% win rate in the early game as a major early-game jungler and drops down to a whopping 46.71% win rate in the late game. That's not only 1. A significant dropoff but 2. also pretty decent yet not op winrate stats
He's popular. People are sick of seeing him (myself included), but he's not op

Lee sin is broken, make no mistake about it... in competitive, and probably around Diamond-Challenger. Which does mean he needs some work, but doesn't justify the sheer amount of shit slung his way on the boards. What justifies that is his absurd pick rate and general annoyingness.
Lee sin does not fall off because of his usefulness in lategame. He can still make the insec kick in lategame, and stay very important because of it, so yes, he doesnt fall off.

Lee Sin falls off in comparison to himself. He loses just one of his attributes, the roaming and isolating part of a jungler/roamer champion. But where other roamers (see Pantheon) lose their only saving grace completely, Lee Sin still has other roles to fall back to and continue to influence the game.
If you fall down to 50% win rate after 40 minutes...well whatever.
Sometimes a lot of described fall offs aren't fall offs. Many of them are conditional.
Yeah, in plat+ when people have good, organized comps, that play as a team, they can deal with Lee Sin as the game progresses.
Lower ranks don't do that as well, so it doesn't feel like they fall off.
That's why things like 
don't fall off for them.
Fall offs are often only because of certain conditions that are usually in place as the game progresses in high elo

i mean hell six month ago when she had a 38% win rate (beatign out the 10th place spot for the lowest win rate in the HISTORY of leage (she is up to 44% now) i asked for a buff and i got like 40 downvotes..
most people here have zero concept of balance.

like seriously... if u WANT the game to be unbalanced u should be banned from posting in the balance section...
