Telling someone to kill themselves and constantly flaming should be a ban on sight. Happened to me last game where the silver 3 constantly pinged me when I last hit his minions when he was dead and told me to be map aware (?) and learn lane control. It's simply not an acceptable behaviour to tell someone to jump off a cliff.
It should probably bump you an extra punishment tier like extreme racism or hate speech does, personally I think it is worse than those things.
I didn't read the comments yet, but i bet there will be those that try to excuse this behavior.
The system is draconian, so "naughty words" are punisable , excessively so. Real infractions like intentional feeding, hacking, troll picking, etc.... these are the only things that should lead to bans.
The ONLY time words should ever lead to a permaban is a dox + death threat, everything else is just meaningless trash talk.

as someone who has had a friend been pushed over the edge and actually done this i 100% agree. people dont take life seriously enough and because of a 4 man premades assholish behavior i lost a good friend.
