Because I was hoping that the Phantom Hit passive would be moved to the undervalued and underbought item, Wit's End, instead.
Can we please get an iteration of Wit's End that is attractive to buy, please?

when you steal 25 magic resist, you start dealing 42 true damage instead. Boom! It becomes useful by power.
Alternately you can not set it up for massive nerfs by giving it a 25% slow on hit when you steal 25 magic resist.
Lost R1 votesIt's better for tanky champions that have some additional effect on their basic attacks, and who won't benefit as much from Rageblade or any other attack speed item: Braum, Aatrox, Volibear, Taric, Nautilus, Tahm Kench, and Thresh, among others.
Rageblade requires a buildup. Wit's End will always have 40% Attack Speed no matter what, on top of the 42 magic damage on-hit effect it carries, and the magic resist steal.
