So is Eve worth it?

I'm practicing her alot right now but I don't know if it's really worth it. The problems are her early game and dueling. I can't duel unless I hit full charm. Also she's really weak to invades. If I go 0/2 early it feels really shit to come back.

The thing about Eve is that she's actually become something of a farm champion after her rework.

She gets ahead very well when she makes one or two early ganks, but the fun really begins once you hit 6 and get that stealth.

One of the best ways to play Eve is to play mind games with people. You can force people to panic when you charm them. You can use that to force them off a tower, make them abandon chasing an ally, or even make them run straight to you if youre already positioned behind them.

Youre right in stating that her charm is vital in finishing her combo. She can't kill without it. You just have to be creative in how you use it.

She's a very heavy snowball champ, and if you can get even a small advantage, you can win the game off of that if you know how to play it right.

Being set back does suck, but that's true of any assassin.

I'd say she's definitely worth learning, she might even be one of the top soloQ junglers atm. In pro play, she'll probably be harder to pull off but I still expect her to be seen.

I will say that before 6, it's true that shes pretty weak, however even for her, a super pushed lane can easily mean a free kill. Other than that, you should generally avoid straight-up ganking and fighting the enemy jungler, and try to focus on farming for 6.

If you ever play against an experienced Eve, it's pretty much a nightmare because she can just run the entire map post-6.

  1. You got to know how to play her
  2. You've got to hope the other team doesn't know how to play around her
