IcyPepper1 votesThankfully it only lasts 8-12 seconds (a max of 4-6 tumbles if you don't have cooldown reduction) with an ultimate cooldown of 100/85/70 seconds.
Thankfully Shaco's Q is up much more often.

BlkStar1001 votesEarly game not at all . Mid game there is a 15-55% chance she will able depending on enemy team composition and enemy skill level (ofc ralking about diamond main vaynes with maxed Q and 3 items or more meaning forever kite ) . Late game o think those chances drop to 10-35% .
