I've thought it was weak since the rework (especially for 3100g) but am I wrong? How are you guys finding the item? Does it feel similarly effective?
The main reason I got Liandry's before was for poke (pretty good current health damage on the old one) and for the magic penetration which was pretty useful vs squishies. On the other hand, the % health damage was OK vs tanks so it was essentially just a decent item vs any class.

DW Diana1 votesIt's good as a 2nd or 3rd item on some champions, but it's not as good as a 3100 gold item would be for AD champions.

and was able to nearly 1v3 with it late game by abusing the % hp aoe damage on my E
brand makes really good use out of it because the 10% extra damage scales up while his delayed burst his 3 hit passive comes down.
Its a really amazing item on champions that tend to hit a lot of people at once and tend to rely on base magic damage....and build magic pen

Mr Dalloway1 votesI get it on most mages, especially if they have some sort of long range poke. I so often have people just barely escape with just a handful of hit points and it is always nice to see the burn finish them off. Especially in situations where it would be unsafe to try to chase after them.
