Duskblade of Draktharr Attack Damage Lethality (armor pen that scales with opponent's level)

Passive: Nightstalker: After being unseen, your next basic attack deals bonus true damage.

Hmm, I wonder if there's an ADC hyper carry who could use a bunch of armor pen that scales with levels and somehow turns invisible a lot?

Maybe would like this nice passive that makes her even more powerful during her ults.

No , you aren't being forgotten about either. I'm sure he'll try to abuse the crap out of this item as well.

No, that's not true, and that's impossible. Vayne deals shit worth of damage until she gets 3-4 items and she gets outtraded and is unable to lane and gets poked into oblivion without she being able to do anything about it unless you misplay.

She can kill an ADC with 2 AAs if she has IE and Shiv, happened to me last night as Jinx. She came from behind and I tried to duel her hoping my team would help, she popped R>Q>AA>AA both AAs crit and I was dead, this was at about level 11...

Isn't that a bigger problem with Crit chance then? In your case 50% crit chance essentially was just doubled damage, as opposed to one crit and one standard AA.

I know it's very popular to circlejerk to Vayne threads, but I think it's really exaggerated. Turns out, any ADC with two big crit items will do a lot of damage if they crit multiple times in a row.

I know just making fun of the fact that Vayne can pretty much instakill you by pressing Q and then auto attacking. If she built duskblade sure, she would definitely one shot you but it's easier to just auto attack for the kill since they raised the AD ratio to +70% on her Q as well as making the bonus damage portion of her next auto attack crit alongside her AA damage.

Not quite. Here's the actual wording of the passive:

[NEW] UNIQUE Passive - Nightstalker: After being unseen for at least 1 second, your next basic attack will deal 50 + (200% Lethality) true damage on-hit.

Vayne isn't going to wait around in Tumble invis for a whole second. Heck, that's the max time she can stay invis for.

Kha'Zix might use this, as he doesn't have much else to do while waiting for Q to come back up other than chill in invisibility.

it doesnt work with stealth, ive tested it on kha'zix you need to walk into a bush or something out of LoS to get the buff

Often in a 1v1, which Vayne does a lot, waiting around for 1 second does sound like a completely valid option if you want the true damage. However looking at the actual numbers in the true damage, unless you're stacking lethality just building duskblade won't be worth waiting for the 1 second, unless you don't have a lot of A/S.

And guess what? There is no cooldown on that passive! Imagine Vayne during Urf...

The only good thing is, the majority of its damage is based on how much Lethality you have, and Vayne theoretically shouldn't want those items.

the armor pen scales with their level, not hers, so it's purposefully weaker as a snowball stat than before.

It'll definitely be strong on her, but not game breakingly so.

Vayne doesnt care about snowballing, she just cares about surviving to late game without being 0/5 or something.

Vayne's in a very weak spot in the meta, having a niche item like this is actually pretty nice for her and will probably result in her being viable but balaced. The only 2 champions that can potentially break it are Khazix and Vayne, Kha might need resulting nerfs, but vayne'll be fine.
