Can Tahm Kench Swallow?

This is a bit of a clarity suggestion but basically when Devours a champion and they WILL DIE when he spits them out instead he does a gulping animation. This would give both teams knowledge that the champion is dead before he is spat out and they don't try to throw a lantern or a heal at a comrade who was dead when he got swallowed. As for the dead bodies do we really need them? I mean and 's bodies disappear when they die. Or the bodies could stay inside him stomach until he is out of combat or something. I just thought this would be a cool feature like when 's ult kill an opponent he doesn't stop.
