Change the shield to % BONUS health, increase the ratio and potentially the amount of health it gives you. This way if you stack health then your health items become 30%-50% more effective in a team fight that makes for quite the raid boss which was the original dream with

its a juggernaut item, not a tank item. I dont think that really discounts your opinion tho. Just saying.
give it a health restriction like warmorgs heart. then give it its 100 health back.
even with 500 health on the item, and strength of the ages, adc and assassins would still be around 200 health away from getting the passive. the easiest fix for the item really.
Yea, this change would be welcomed since right now it's pretty much good for everything other than tanks. I build this on Vayne almost everygame
