Balance ARAM already.

Take some of that time and money and hire a team specifically to balance this mode. For example:

"Trap" champs, Heimer (I know, they're not traps, but he's in the same boat as them balance-wise), Shaco and Teemo specifically. Decrease their duration further or reduce their damage. Also, why in God's name are Heimer's turrets allowed to proc spell effects on items? All this little turd needs to do is stand in between his turrets with and he pretty much turns a teamfight by himself, especially when he ults. And heaven forbid your team rolls an all-melee team.

Poke champs: Lux, Annie, Ashe, etc. Increase their cooldowns or mana costs early. Make it more risky to spam their abilities in an attempt to just chunk your health away.

Unlock all champs in the mode. Riot, we've been BEGGING for YEARS for you to do this, and to no avail. It's honestly getting old. Right now, ARAM is full of "ARAM Accounts" that literally only have the top ten or so champs in the mode, and so they almost always roll a good one. This kind of defeats the purpose of the name of the mode: ALL RANDOM, All Mid. Not exactly "All Random" when you're choosing from a pool of over 120 champs, and little Timmy over there only has to choose from a pool of about 20 (including free week champs). Kind of stacks the odds in little Timmy's favor, doesn't it?

If you're not going to unlock all champs, at LEAST implement some sort of ban system. Let every person who queues up choose 2-3 champs they don't want to be in the game before queuing. This will cut down on all of the "OP" champs in the mode and be better for it as a whole.

But at least do SOMETHING with the mode instead of a reskin or FGM on occasion. Actually take some time and BALANCE it. Because right now, ARAM's starting to become as much fun as Dominion was just before its removal.
