hi guys so lissandra's on free champ rotation and i've played some matches with her and i gotta say i love her gamestyle and i'm actually searching for a a nice top/mid champion to main is she strong in the new season ? what's the best lane for her top or mid ?

why dont you answer these questions yourself? here, i help you with a nice and easy guide:

does she have a way to push waves (very important for laners)
is she able to clear waves (aka farm) against every single champion in the game
how many/any champions are there that she has trouble farming against
when are her powerspikes and are these powerspikes big enough and at timings where they give an advantage over every single champion in the game
can she do something/a combination of things better than any other champion in the game or would there be a champion that can do the same but better
does she benefit from a short lane (safety) or from a long lane (being able to escape ganks, benefits from more space to chase down opponents)

those points don't secure that a champion is in a good spot, i have lissandra and use the every now and then. her problems are her passive is almost useless, she scales poorly into the mid-late game, where she does little damage, and her E could move a bit faster.

she is fun to use, just underpowered.
