Vayne's skin is a LEGENDARY.

Warwick's is not.

Tbf, her legendary ADDED an overlay, whilst Warwick already has an overlay on his W ingame. It would be more of a particle update than an addition in this case, which fits for most modern skins below legendary.

I doubt skin tiers even matter to Riot anymore. The line between each tier blurs with each set of skins they put out.

At this point you basically pay for new voice overs and some new animations. Particles / Recalls / Sound Effects are all standard nowadays. What's one overlay on 1350 RP skin like PROJECT: Warwick when skins like Demacia Vice Lucian sports a custom taunt animation?
