In current meta, top 1v1 champs?

I'm curious who can 1v1 a Vi lategame in the current meta, or recent meta. 6.9, 6.11 are the big changes I can think of that happened recently.

Vi generally builds two ways, correct me if I'm wrong Triforce>Sterak's/Maw of mal Black cleaver

The current top 1v1ers in the post 6.9 metagame I know for sure are: Jax Irelia Vayne.... kinda.... may as well populate the list I mentioned Vi already Fizz? Is Master Yi still good?

So generally, in the early or late game, who can 1v1 a Vi? I don't know why people say Lee Sin but Vi completely blows up Lee Sin from the early to late game in a 1v1 scenario.

I think in the past Jax could not 1v1 Vi, but now I think Jax can?
