What are some tips to help maintain farm while also applying pressure on the other lanes?

I can easily get 80 cs in the first 10 minutes if I don't die or back and 100 if it's a farm lane. However, when the game starts transitioning into mid game, I start to lose my income rate. I'm lucky if I can get 200 cs at 40-50 minutes. I know I'm helping other lane (sometimes) with roaming, but I feel like I can squeeze more gold out of my laning and mid game phases.

If you transition into mid game you can always buy a ward and just go back to your lane and farm. never hurts to have that extra cs. You can also take a jungle camp as well as long as your jungler isn't super behind.

^ This. If you are purple side top its pretty easy to farm double golems, Wolves and White if you are blue top side. Same for wraith camp for mid laners. Otherwise just ward up and farm your lane if there are no objectives and your team isnt sieging/getting sieged upon.

Push towers. This is why bruisers are popular top lane. Push hard, apply pressure, force the enemy to devote resources to you while freeing your team to have their way with their own lanes.
Pressure, apply directly to the top lane. xD
