5 seconds stack duration is still really long, considering that the stacks only decay instead of all falling off after 5 seconds, like with other 3 stack mechanics.
its honestly the only thing that every bothered me with tahm. i dont think they even had to nerf anythig else, if they just reduced the timer for the stacks and have all 2 or 3 stacks vanish after the 5 seconds.

how about they nerf his absolutely ridiculous sticking ability by making it so that his passive stacks completely disappear at once instead of decay...
as much as I'm sad to see tahm nerfd, I agree they needed to do something with him.... but idk if this was the correct way to do it.
