LOL still has huge problems. but I do like the improvements so far and I'm one of RIOTs biggest detractors.

I do see a difference in lane phase now there's no insane urgency anymore and comebacks are more possible than before so even when I do lose lane I don't feel like the world's ended. I also notice minion scaling seems to be up too making waveclear harder slowing down seiges and snowballs and comebacks possible.

Of course the downside to this is scaling comps just turtle and win anyway. Yasuo, Jhin, Kai Sai, Zed, Jax, irelia etc. That needs looking into.

You also really need to up resistances. Playing Garen with maxed W points Tabis, Deadmans and Sunfire but getting 2/3 shot by Jhin or Lucian or Kai Sai doesn't feel right. In fact it feels insulting.

But otherwise a step up from season 8. Just make the extra effort and make season 9 even better please.

i agree, hopefully they will fix dark harvest and reduce the damage in this game, but otherwise job well done

I agree, if you build tank. They should Kai'Sa or Lucian should not be able to blow up Garen's health like that. I personally have only played Garen once, but my brother plays Garen far more often and watching him take 2/3 of his health in the first 2 seconds of a team fight is just discouraging.

Comebacks are not as possible as you say they are unless you are dealing with a very inexperienced player. The turret gold they get makes them snowball even more, and when they are even one item up on you its nearly game over without some help from jungle.
