I've been playing alot of Evelynn as of late. Her recent nerfs include damage reductions to her E, R and one of her most popular keystones ( Dark Harvest).
I think she's still pretty great, but it's interesting how quiet folks have been about the nerfs.

Evelynn relies on her ratios more than her base damage which is relatively.pitiful.
