Tracking APM in league?

Was watching an LS coaching video and he mentions the players APM. I wasn't aware that there was a way to track that in league. I did a google search and couldn't find any info on tracking your apm in league. Anyone know where he is getting that info?

Overwolf can track your APM in the post screen. Seems to frequently bug out and not record anything though.
