Title pretty much says it all. After leaving twice consecutively they should be voted down to honor 1 regardless of their starting honor level.

Fuck that. There should be NO dodge penalty. If some shitass is starting shit from minute 1, I should not be forced to negotiate with their ELO terrorist ass. It's bullshit that I can't leave without penalty because Riot prioritizes speed over quality.

No one wants bad matches. Everyone would agree to a 25% increase in queue time for a 25% increase in matchmaking fidelity. Only a complete fucking idiot would disagree. Dodging is a fucking bandaid perpetuated because the matchmaking is fucking horrible and rewards the shitters and feeders by giving them more victims.

idk what kind of weird matches you play in but i can say that i get like 1 troll for every 20 leavers, que times are a far higher priority than these nonexistent trolls you mention
