so we all have seeen the video, hes broken as hell and not even on the pbe, unless hes nerfed into the ground he will be a perma ban forever, he will be a sheen champ clearly, but heres why i know Riot gave up on the game,

One he has wave clear, gap closer, 2 forms of cc, built in sheen passive, steals ults, heals off his dash, AND GETS A SHEILD. also stealing ults nice new mechanic thats not gunna be broken at all, he better have 10+ sec cds and terrible stats

how is this even allowed, he has all the tools to stomp most laners, he can jungle, top, mid, supp, all day

the issue with league is there are way to many champs, 1/3 of them are so out of date, 1/3 of them are broken to a degree,

but riot just keeps adding more and more like wtf stop, fix the game dont add more stuff that is not fun to play vs or even see

oh and since hes ap all his items are cheap as hell and overtuned.........rageblade would be fun tho

i meant sheen im flustered all games suck atm fallout, battlefield, cod, and i log on league and this is what i see

It's way too soon to see how the new champion is going to perform.

While i'm looking forward to try him, i do agree he's kind of overloaded.

Soraka

Has a 70% ms steroid with almost constant up time in teamfights.

Has one of the highest single target heals on a basic ability, with one of the shortest CD's in the game. That gets buffed to provide extra heals and free MS to teamamtes if shes landed her poke recently.

A long range aoe poke that also slows and also gives her ms AND also gives her HP regin. Oh and buffs her W.

Her E a aoe instant cast hit scan silence that doubles down into a snare. 3.5 seconds of cc in 250 aoe at 900+ range instant cast with 460 (+ 80% AP) damage. 460 damage aoe WTF WAFFLES!

Oh and her R at can heals your team for over 1k damage just off its base, not even counting its scaling. At level 1. (225 X 5) Instant cast never misses.

Raka is clearly overloaded and broken. She has so much in her kit OMG! only... shes not remotely op.

So,Maybe. Just maybe. We should wait a bit and see numbers? see how the kit interacts with others in a game, not build our opinions off on paper math that's only looking at best case usage or unrealistic expressions of a ability's fictionality?

After all, nothing I said about raka abilitys is a lie, but shes not remotely strong despite how I made her sound.

ok....as a ex sup main with mast 7 raka let me fill you in, YES raka is a lil busted but, her Q is easy to dodge, her W hurts her, her E has a super long cd early, and her R is a lil busted but thats raka, she also has some of the lowest base stats in the entire game, lvl 1 Ezeral q does 1/4 of her hp, she starts with 470 hp, also her build does nothing to make her real stong ecept cdr for her ult with the built in heal sheild power of the items, IF you build her full ap yes she is a monster but she also gets 1 shot buy 2/3 of that champs in the game, with the damage meta we are in she can easly be shut down, if your team dosnt kill her in a fight yes she will be a rude awakening by keeping everyone alive, but she is balanced very well, Sylas wont be unless they give him the worst base stats ever his kit is the most broken Riot have ever made, my main issue is they gave him everything, CC shield heal stun gap closer sheen passive then added a new ult stealing mechanic, also he is AP his items are cheap and his scaling will be high AF, these are facts
