How do I become a bronze hero like certain other people on these boards without getting a huge BAN?

All I want to do is become another Bronze hero like certain other popular posters on this board yet every time I try to get an account down to that level I get banned for intentionally losing the game and no I don't feed on purpose I just throw on purpose which I think is impossible to detect yet riot doesn't. MY question is why am I not allowed to do this yet certain other people are allowed to constatnly do this and then brag about it on the boards. I'm sorry but if your going 25+ kills every single game in bronze its clearly you trolling and losing on purpose. Why is this acceptable for some but not others? How does once achieve the rank of bronze? I only have two accounts well three if you count this one and I can't seem to make bronze even when I feed. The lowest I've ever been is silver 3 before I got the great big ole ban hammer! Plz HELP!. The original post was deleted and I was told to move it over to MISC so here is to hoping its not deleted this time.

It's because bronze heroes like us are real bronze players, not trolls. We're trying to get out of bronze and trolls are trying to keep us in.

Being Bronze 101. Please note that you'll need to follow these steps all the way from level 1 to level 30:

  • Cover up your minimap with a sticky note. You shouldn't be looking at that thing anyway.
  • Don't try to last hit, try and get the minion to 1 HP after you attack it.
  • Where you're going, you don't need wards.

Also, bronze hero is my trademark, you can't use it.

Show me the paper work for where you have this trademarked legally and I will stop using it until then BRONZE HERO is free game! I look forward to leveling this account and meeting you in bronze. Until then happy climbing!
