Hiiighly suggest not going bot lane with Urgot. He doesn't fulfill the role of ADCs just because he builds AD and has ranged auto attacks. He's a beefy anti-carry who excels in bullying people out of lane, in a lane full of sustain and ranged poke, this doesn't work so well. Honestly he's a better support than an ADC, though I don't recommend that either.

He excels in Top and Mid, mostly as a counterpick to assassins and mages. Early to Mid game is your strongest period since even building full AD he falls off late game.

You can either build full AD and go BC/Muramana/Deaths Dance/Last Whisper Thing and maybe Ghost Blade, or you can go beef god and go Muramana/BC then full tanky (generally with a Frozen Heart). Doing so just makes him unkillable in team fights, allowing you to ult the enemy ADC and just sit 1v4 and win the game by pumping out armor shred and damage reduction.

Get 40% CDR as soon as possible (45% might be a good choice, I usually go with the armor pen)

Consider taking Exhaust if you're mid lane, it works insanely well with his passive and ult steroids.
