Can we revert back the armor runes to 13 armor X9?

Its kinda unfair that MR runes can go up to 12, but armor runes goes to 9.

Runes are getting replaced next season so theres no point in changing them now And when armor runes were nerfed to 9, they gave everyone 4 more base armor to even it out, there's no point to changing it back

MR only helps against enemy champions.

Armor helps against minions, monsters and towers too.

Besides, they buffed the base armor of every champion by 4 when they nerfed armor seals.

Then why nerf the runes at all? The majority of champions take these armor seals, and the ones that don't give less of a shit enough to take flat or scaling health seals. I can't remember what the thought process was in nerfing them. Was it to try and encourage other seal choices?

AFAIK, the reasoning was that they overshadowed every other option for seals and were essentially mandatory.

IIRC, they buffed flat/scaling health seals and scaling armor seals in the same patch.

Every champion in the game except thresh has naturally scaling armor, so you get more armor by the end of the game than you do MR.
