Can I not get paired with people I just reported?

I reported a set of two who flamed the the whole game. I was LeBlanc vs Morg and didn't do too hot. Top lane lost and bot lane lost, so I was pretty useless as LB. Very next game, the Jax and Vayne see me first pick and start flaming. Its happening rn ):

Pls dont pair me with people I just reported Riot?

Yes you can. Its called wait a few minutes to que up. Simply changing it so certain players can't be qued up sways the system and can be abused.
