Suggestion for people who forget smite

Why not add a unique passive to the jungle items that lets the buyer swap out one summoner spell for smite? (Perhaps add a time limit to this purchase, so the items are only available in the first ~5 minutes to prevent abuse) This prevents the occasional accidental smiteless jungle, and allows people to swap from lane to jungle like they used to be able to before the update.
