Evelynn is too weak for S5 jungle, but I doubt Riot will give any f%cks

Trying to jungle with Evelynn is a nightmare. You take WAY too much damage even with a Ranger's Trailblazer effect, you don't kill camps fast enough since you can't hit all three creeps in a buff camp for Hate Spike, and if you don't kill the camps and get experience, you can't gank or it's "intentional feeding".

As much as people will literally try to kill me for suggesting this, please buff Hate Spike to deal bonus damage to monsters.
