At lvl 15, with Fiora's standard build of doublelifesteal( , Cleaver, and Tabis, and standard MR/Armor/AD/ADorattackspeed runepage, Fiora has the following defensive stats.

2078 health, 107 armor, 48 MR

For the same price, Riven can afford Cleaver, double Lethality ( ), Tiamat, and Tabi's. She'll be taking Tlords for burst, Executioner for 5% bonus damage under 40% health, and Precision for burst. Natural Talent for a bit more AD, lets assume Bounty Hunter but not give any extra damage from that. 13 AD 10% CDR runes, standard Riven.

Riven has 95.6 base AD at lvl 15. 216.6 bonus AD from the above build. 38.5 Lethality, which pens 36 armor. 312.2 total AD.

This makes Fiora's new stats: 2078 health, 71 armor, 40.5 MR (Precision gives magic pen as well).

Let's do some math, shall we?

Riven's most powerful, fastest combo goes as thus:

ER+auto+Tiamatdoublecast+auto+R2+Q2.

This is a 174%+120%+120%bonus+72%+174% AD scaling before the ult (which will be calculated later) with 260 base damage. I've put the R steroid directly into the scalings.

540% AD scaling, 120% bonus AD scaling.

However, Cleaver needs to be added into the equation. After the first hit, Fiora would have 102.72 armor, after the second, 98.44 armor, after the doublecast, 89.88 armor, after the next auto, 85.6 armor

Calculating in Lethality brings those down to 66.72, 62.44, and 53.88 armor.

The first hit (auto attack) will do 312.2*1.74, 542.88 damage. Armor of 71 combined with Tabi's reduces that to 279 damage.

Down to 1799 health.

The second hit (Tiamat) does 312.2*1.2, 374.4 damage. Armor of 66.72 brings that down to 224 damage.

Down to 1575 health.

Doublecast will count together because I don't think they benefit from Cleaver together, although I will assume they both stack Cleaver (which they might not, I should test that... it is one instance of damage after all).

That's 260 base damage + 1278.4 (calculations here are a bit confusing, ult gives bonus AD calculated off total AD, so it's .2312+216) + .72*316, which adds up to 766 damage. Armor of 62.44 brings that to 471 damage.

Down to 1104 health.

Another auto attack, 542.88 damage as calculated before, with armor of 53.88 and Tabi's reducing it to 310 damage.

Down to 794 health.

Now for ult...

Armor is now down to 85.6, 36 penned by Lethality making it 49.6.

794/2078 is 38.2% health, or 61.8% missing health. Riven R does 2.667% increased damage for each 1% missing health, capping at 75% missing health, meaning 165% increased damage for a total of 265% damage.

Rank 2 ult, so before amplification, 150+60% bonus AD damage. 150 + 167 damage, for 317. 317*2.65 for amplification is 840.05 damage. Armor of 49.6 brings that to 561 damage. Executioner mastery ups that to 589

Down to 205 health.

Cleaver is now fully stacked, reducing armor to a grand total of 81.32, down to 45.32 from Lethality.

The last Q does 90+72%AD, which is 314 damage. Armor of 45.32 brings it to 216 damage. Executioner amps it to 226.

Down to -21 health.

TL:DR Riven can indeed oneshot Fiora at lvl 15 with Fiora's standard triple damage build, if Riven is using an assassins build.
