Can we get a cap on Sett's W damage already?

Watching 4k+ hp bruiser Sett's insta gib assassins/supports/adc's is just disgusting.

I'm fine with Bruisers/Tankier champs getting same damage scaling from building survivability... but not so much getting hit by 1500+ true damage ranged abilities.

I really dont see why everyone is screaming about Setts W.

He has to take 2x the damage he will do with it.
Its dodge able like it has a walk around him slow delay.
Other champs do MORE True damage then he does
Its his main damage dealing ability. If Riot lowers its damage he will gain more in his Q,E or R

But really just learn to let the Grit fall off and or Dodge ffs.

4k hp is your teams fault I never got such huge hp and I build quite few hp items both defensive and offensive, the W doesn't have that much damage either it's also slow and obvious wind up so you can dodge the W or it's center true damage.....

My first game with Sett I went 12/3. after not playing for weeks. And only dieing because I was tower diving three people under tower with no help. Everytime I got at least a double kill before I dieed.
