You'd think that given his ult does 130% of AP that he would be pretty reliant on it...

His QWE combo will 100-0 anyone past level 3..
So where exactly is his window of weakness?
He will play super aggressive so you can't push his wave in, dodge his ult and he still wins the fight.. New movespeed item lets him always pick it on his terms.
Best case you go 1:1 with a gank.
Obscene mana costs, no wave clear that doesn't make him extremely vulnerable. Hard countered by Stopwatch. All of his damage is gated and predictable.
no, really look at Fizz's mana costs and tell me they're manageable at all. Maybe the new Seraph's + Lich bane can help with that, but he can't really stack it well because like LeBlanc, he cant wave clear AND get out of jail free at the same time, because theyre on the same, long cool down, 130 mana ability.
