Delete and rework Soraka's ultimate
Global, no counterplay at all, GLOBAL, no cast time, delay or anything. You just hit the key and bam, it goes across the entire map.
This is NOT healthy for the game and it should be addressed. I for one think her whole kit and existence should be addressed but this is obviously the most glaring and annoying issue.
Like to put it into perspective, if I'm playing Zed and go for a kill under their turret, why should they get a heal from out of nowhere across the map? There's no counterplay to this. Am I supposed to just not make attempts at kills because of a fucking champion that isn't even next to me?
