Can't you at least ensure that the top 20 ARAM picks are not all on the same team? It's easy: if one team has more than the other, then it's forced to re-randomize the exceeding picks, starting with the user with less champions unlocked.
Please... those games are no fun for either side.

They should just open the entire champion pool to everyone for a just for fun game mode and also shit on the above mentioned people who are deliberately trying to ruin said fun game mode.
