Soldiers deal 50 - 170 (based on level) (+ 60% AP) magic damage to all enemies in a line with each soldier beyond the first dealing 25% damage 375 (425 Damage Range) + 800 for soldier cast

1225 range REGULAR ability that does far more damage than most ultimates in the game with 2 soldiers..

500 AP  1.5 attacks per second.. Multiple soldiers can strike the same target, with each soldier beyond the first dealing 25% damage.

One soldier = 470 DPS, Second soldier = 470 +117 for second soldier = 587 DPS. 470 + 587 = 1,057 DPS. . Now you Multiply 1,057 X 1.5 for the attacks per second. 1,057 X 1.5 = 1585 DPS before MR to ONE target. Hitting 2 champions out damages a FULL duration 5man fiddles ultimate.

But in all seriousness, Azir has had the living hell nerfed outta him many times already, if they pull one more major nerf, he'll be like Evelynn back when you can be reported for feeding even when you're trying and fully built.

There are lots of spells in game that deal more damage than ultimates while being on short cd's along with added effects on them at that. Fizz E Gangplank Barrels Khazix Q Morgana Q Viktor E Just to name a few off the top of my head, if you're going to complain about a champion, at least complain about the right things.

To put this in perspective.

Initial Magic Damage: 150 / 275 / 400 (+ 65% AP)  600 range  is Annies ult not counting the burn.

2 soldiers hitting you from outrageous range is far more damage than annies tibbers.

Didn't you people already cry so much that he got nerfed into the ground?

He's a marksman mage, he's SUPPOSED to destroy one person, they should have just nerfed the ability for soldier's to do all of that damage to more than one person, some kind of damage reduction to every target beyond the first. It would encourage more focus but reduce his burst.

with a MAX hp shield,

I love these threads where people just list the champion's abilities and act like it's the worst thing ever. Give some context into how it's used or counterplay, because when you say just the above it shows you really don't know too much on the champion.

Example: WOW, Twitch 's_ passive is LITERALLY true damage_. nerf wtf

Azir does not use his shield more than like, 30 times in a game. It's scary how close to right that sounds. You shield yourself on hitting people with dashes, more often than not it's from someone cutting off your dash and you being forced to fight. It isn't like Sion who presses W whenever he wants and gets a Max Health shield, Azir has certain conditions to be met and it doesn't even matter because 15% of his max health pool isn't even that much, because you forget he's a squishy mage-marksman.
