Did a child create the Terms Of Use?

section 2.2 - "What happens if my account is terminated? (No LoL for you.)

League of Legends isnt that hard to spell out, unprofessional if you ask me, for a gaming that wants to be as big as the "Superbowl"

Section 15.3 "What claims are we agreeing to submit to arbitration? (Almost everything)

So basically everything. this explains nothing. Almost everything is essentially meaning everything. be specific on what is "Almost" everything.

15.12. Can either of us tell our friends and twitter followers about the arbitration? (nope.)

legit childish response. I would have said "unfortunatly, no." not nope. nope. when i hear nope i hear a kid asking to get slapped for saying "nope" to his parents.

Well... They made it easy to understand and they are trying to do it in a more funny way. There is nothing unprofessional about it if you ask me. Terms of Use were complicated for such a long time, it's really nice that they try to avoid that. Therefore a new law came into force in the EU today, that forces everyone in the EU to keep them simple.

Nothing to blame if you ask me.

They want to make it less formal

Why would the terms of use which professional player base is at avarage 22 be written like you are about to sign an life-insurance? Longer does not mean professional. They could replace "no LoL for you" with a 100 word essay, would that sound better?
