Fizz Perfectly Balanced
When he builds only a triforce as offensive item and goes full tank he still out damages the whole team, takes laughable damage from heavy ap burst and essentially cant be cc'd. Real healthy, these fizz buffs.

you know this has always..ALWAYS been a thing, long before his nerfs so no, he was not buffed these nerfs were all aimed at his ap and had absolutely no direct effect on his ad
previous to ap nerfs... his ap side was just too appealing for anyone to go ad, but his ad is every bit as strong as it was before (it might actually be weaker since the ap base damage was lowered)
You know what they could do at the very least? Give him a damn skill shot for his dash Since you know hes got two with no counterplay.
What buff? He's just played differently. There wasnt a buff.
