@Riot Soraka gets nerfed 3 patches in a row and her winrate goes UP
Perhaps its time to reconsider that change to Grievous wounds earlier this season, since thats when she started becoming cancer?

Those weren't nerfs. They were simply changes to the way she plays to make her less of a heal bot spamming W from the back. Now she needs to use her Q for her W to be useful later on.
They just made her more interesting to play as, and against. In terms of mechanics, anyway. I agree that she's over-tuned.
Its probably better long term to figure out how to make the healer trope work within game so we can have more interesting healing abilities in the future
Her rework was. not. a. nerf.
spider form or human form
She was strong the moment she got her rework...

People not building executioner's in a Soraka (or just flat out banning her to begin with) is a problem too.
I despise playing against Soraka, but if I'm playing ADC and have to deal with her, you can bet that I'm gonna get executioners early on so that it makes it worse for that Soraka.
Soraka never made much sense to me. Like, I don't understand why her heals don't scale off her health cost. And I don't really understand why she has such great health sustain that healing in lane doesn't have much of a meaningful cost (unless you literally spam it on cooldown).
It just seems like it would be more satisfying for everyone involved if her heals were stronger but much riskier to use. Like maybe 3-5 big heals per team fight alongside other utility spells that diversified her purpose somewhat.
I think it would be cool if she had a skill like Spirit Link Totem in wow that equalized hp across her entire team if they were in the aoe zone.
i agree with the anti heal thing. just make it work on all heal. how many times are they going to nerf her. shes cancer to play against until she gets nerfed so hard shes practically impossible to play or do well with
