Make it so that new champion/Rework champion can't be played on rank before 1 week after their patch

I really hate how people are instantly playing new champion/Rework champion in rank without even knowledge of how to even play them.

How is this feature not added since PBE is obvious not a place where the balancing team even get it right or even use the information on the PBE feedback for balance so why not make it 1 week non rank for rework champion/new champion so they know what to balance first before letting first time user auto lock a rework champion where they don't know how to use.

Or give the players 1 week to know how to counter these champions because of their unbalance state.

If you aren't going to listen to the PBE feed back which has been proven you rarely do then let rework be played only on normal for 1 week to see the feed back and how balance it is before letting them even go near rank match where some of them can either be BROKEN or a first timer wanting to play a rework for fun in RANK....
