Without needing to go into Glacial Augment or forced into rushing Frozen Mallet, I would like if Gnar applied the same slow effect by default in his auto attacks so you do not need to buy Mallet and can buy something else.

Gnar needs some kind of major buff right now and I think this would be appropriate.

TaunkaTruck2 votesSome APs like Rumble still have to buy a rylai's, which is fairly costly as well compared to mallet. We all have to itemize, some more than others. Gnar "seems" in a decent place to me without needing a passive slow to save you gold costs.
