Yasuo gets tanky?
How does Tabi make him SO TANKY that Yorick with Trinity + Black Cleaver deals next to nothing? That makes no sense

They dont.
Something more was going on, like the yorick being utter trash, or the yasuo having a lot more than tabi.

Look in my match history, and I was the "trash Yorick".
Your username looks oddly familiar..
Oh, right. the guy that cries on the forums every time they get outplayed.
I am starting to think you are some sort of persistent troll..

A Long Sword and Kindlegem is not a Black Cleaver.

Lol just checked your game and it's exactly how I expected.
Yasuo was 13-9 by the end of the game and you were 2-9, so I assume he was 2-3 levels ahead of you whenever that fight occurred.
Yasuo had tabi which gives decent amount of armor that reduces your overall damage as well as 10% additional reduced damage from your autos and Qs. Yasuo had PD which gives 12% overall damage reduction. Yasuo have has passive shield which makes him quite tanky at the beginning of a fight and considering he had his double crit core + some lifesteal it'd look like you're not damaging him at all which I assume what did happen.
Idk much about Yorick but if you failed to shut down yasuo as a top lane bruiser and let him reach his double crit core + some hp/armor items he'd steamroll you easily unless you play a skirmisher that outscales him.
I don't see the issue here really.
Yasuo is not tanky at all. He has ranged character's stats and scalings. He probably had more than a Tabi, possibly a PD and some Life Steal.
Anyway, if you could post the match it would allow us to give you an accurate answer!
