I am very annoyed at the fact that I face people who are either afk for the first three minutes of the game or they get out farmed or they are so none agro they sit in turret and don't farm, but they still are on even level with me. They have 3 minions killed while I'm up 30 and they've are even. Meaning their damage is on pare with mine. I find this completely stupid. I just spent 5 minutes farming an drew they did nothing, but we are even? Wtf?

But you're right, let's make it so that only lane bullies are viable and any champ with a weak early game is absolute garbage.
That way you can be level 1 at twenty minutes because Darius or Jayce dinged level 2 first and permanently zoned you from creeps

Ralanr1 votesYou gain exp from minion deaths around you anyway. Yeah it's annoying to see someone even be a level higher despite having less farm and one death, but experience soaking is weird.

A champion who is not able to farm safely can stay up in level so they don't fall too far behind.
They are ultimately still behind because they do not have the same amount of gold to invest in items.
This is exactly why there are two components, gold and experience, and not just one or the other.
