Sujiren2 votesFor and is a great choice since they do fairly high base magic damage, and amplifies it, not to mention that can upgrade it into 
eventually. Is mostly bought if your champion has some sort of healing in their kit, as it applifies it. is great when fighting low cd mages that spam same spell , and it also helps vs dot based champions a lot like

, as their poison ticks count as the same spell so it's a great choice vs those type of champions.

Only go Adaptive helm against like a Cass, Azir, Ryze, or maybe a Syndra, and only go Abyssal Mask if you can take advantage of the sustain and your team can use the passive
