i feel like the new runes only helps mage, adc and tanks. in top lane tanks are the best choice. champs like

are the best picks. meanwhile fighters like

are struggling. they need to have more runes and items option for fighters. assassins are also getting outclassed by mages for the stopwatch. haven't seen top lane forever.

Gamer Gallade2 votesI think you're looking at the wrong stat website. Tanks are a big problem right now because of how much they can take and how much damage they deal.
Not to mention a lot of the current tanks that are meta also have a crap ton of cc packed in them with a hint of max percent damage for some fucking reason.
Overall, tanks are too much right now and needs to be fixed for the sake of the game and it gets annoying to deal with.
They shouldn't be good in every stage of the game.(kinda exaggerating but it's kinda true.)

They do get shredded, but they still can do an insane amounts of damage to a non tank champion and a fair amounting them has the cc in them to keep them from getting melted or have the healing to out sustain from them unless they have 
on them to denie them of healing.
Really, you can bearly solo kill a tank.

So is arguably struggling the most, whereas anywhere between 48%-51% (imo) is considered more or less fine (with 48% being on the weak end. I'd hardly call that struggling).
I agree that fighters do need better rune options. Riot is aware of this and it's a priority after the holidays.
