Why couldn't they give it to Xerath? He has a 6+% pickrate right now, so it's not like he's completely unpopular, and he's gone more than 1000 days without getting a skin. I think it's very appropriate. Coming to these boards, it's always felt like Yas was Enemy#1, so making him the final boss for the boards to overcome and finally implement all their 'brilliant'(contradictory and change every 2 secc) ideas on how to balance the game.
