Seriously you rush your core which gives you everything you need and all your basic abilities become Ultimate level abilities while your Ultimate could as well just be called Armageddon, cause it unleashes hell on the whole enemy team...

The damage this guy deals is off the chars, even Annie is green in envy looking at his numbers... And dont give me that "he has no escape" bullshit, we all know between his stupidly strong slow zone and his shield, ganking him is only possible if he played seriosuly stupid...

Oh man, a mostly immobile mage that builds full glass cannon can 2 hit the squishiest class in the game!

"Mostly immobile" doesnt mean "No escape!"

Viktor: -can lock of a whole jungle walkway with one spell -big slow and a follow up stun on one spell -has a big shield to soak damage -Spamable movement speed buff

His play rate and win rate dropped by 5% and 3% in plat+ respectively this patch. I don't know if that's meaningful though.

His win rate drooped becasue he now needs some more levels till he can simply stomp everyone and people need to adapt to that. His lategame is even stronger than before. Once people learn to wait a bit longer, his winrate will be even higher than before!
